Procedures for the Greeters and the Ushers
- Greet members and visitors at the entrance door
- Point out offering plate at back of sanctuary
- Direct member or visitor to pew
- Take offering plate to the front of the sanctuary during service
Coffee Hour duty after church.
- Set up coffee and tea and bring milk and cream.
- Coffee recipe is posted in kitchen. Bring something to put on the food table.
- Others are encouraged to contribute to the food. The freezer may also have cookies or baking to add to table.
- Clean up after coffee.
